About the Speaker

Richard Nikonovich-Kahn
Former Legal Counsel at Heery International, Inc.

Richard graduated from Dartmouth College (1978) and the Washington & Lee University School of Law (1982). He served for over 25 years as the General Counsel for Heery International, a nationwide architecture, engineering, and construction management firm.

In all of those years, Richard never encountered an architect who actually made a mistake, or at least confessed to one. He did, however, provide legal counsel to architects who were wrongfully alleged to have made mistakes and developed a series of seminars designed to keep such (wrongful) accusations from even being alleged in the first place.
