For events, registrants’ cancellation requests received:
Eight (8) or more days prior to event will receive a full refund
Seven (7) or fewer days prior to event will receive a 50% refund
Within 48 hours of event are not be eligible for a refund
After the event has passed are not be eligible for a refund
Cancellation requests can be submitted by phone at (404) 222-0099 or email@example.com, and must be made by the registrant and/or cardholder.
Requests must include the name of the attendee and/or payment information. Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. These policies apply to all AIA Atlanta events unless otherwise noted. Store purchases, including books and other merchandise, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Media Consent Policy
Registration for and/or participation in AIA Atlanta meetings and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AIA Atlanta’s use and distribution of the registrant and guests’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such meetings and activities. If you do not consent, please submit notice by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
