Continuing education requirements
Architects maintaining licensure in the state of Georgia are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years, 16 of which must be in the topic areas of health, safety and welfare (HSW). To fulfill AIA membership requirements, AIA Architect members are required to complete 18 LUs each year, 12 of which must be HSW.
