Architects Roundtable is excited to kick off the new year with Midtown Alliance President and CEO Kevin Green. The organization has seen an unprecedented amount of new development over the last 20 years with over 100 development projects delivered in just 1.2 square miles. Kevin will share what contributed to Midtown Alliance’s success, how it sustains the momentum, and what’s next for the urban district.

• Key attributes of a successful urban place and the changes and challenges as Midtown Alliance looks ahead
• Foundational elements that have catalyzed the growth and investment in Midtown and the best practices, so they can be replicated in other places
• Roles of a thriving central business district in supporting other parts of the city
• Practical impacts of a de-annexation of Buckhead from the City of Atlanta, and its impact to its citizens.
