Architects Roundtable: Metro Atlanta Real Estate Market

With David Haddow and Ladson Haddow

Wednesday, April 12, 2023

From skyrocketing mortgage rates to low office demand, the country is facing unprecedented real estate trends. For April’s Architects Roundtable, we’re joined by Haddow & Company’s father-son duo David and Ladson Haddow for a profound analysis of Metro Atlanta’s real estate climate and economic conditions.

During this presentation, attendees will learn about trends in all major local real estate sectors, including residential and commercial, in addition to a look at Atlanta’s economic picture amid inflation and reported labor shortages.

Register now to attend the breakfast in person or watch online. Please note that this presentation will take place at the AIA offices instead of Ansley Golf Club.
