Sign up to join the ARE Study Series for AN insightful session on project management. Led by guest instructor Jenna Wandishin, AIA, this session will review the Project Management section of the ARE 5.0, including a collective review of practice questions.
This exam division will assess objectives related to the management of architectural projects, including organizing principles, contract management, and consultant management. It also focuses on issues related to office standards, development of project teams, and overall project control of client, fee, and risk management.
ARE candidates must demonstrate an understanding of and abilities in quality control, project team configuration, and project scheduling. In addition, ARE candidates must demonstrate the ability to establish and deliver project services per contractual requirements in collaboration with consultants.

Jenna Wandishin, AIA, is a licensed architect working for the NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC) as a Program Executive in the Front-End Planning unit for Public Buildings. In this unit, she develops project scopes that define project objectives, design guidelines, and cost estimates to create comprehensive, initial project planning. Before joining DDC, Jenna served as Project Architect/Manager at Matiz Architecture and Design, and at Moody-Nolan Inc. where she led retail, cultural, education, non-profit, and residential projects.
