Programming & Analysis (PA) focuses on the evaluation of project requirements, constraints, and opportunities. Participants should be able to demonstrate an understanding of and abilities in project type analysis, establishing qualitative and quantitative project requirements, evaluating project site and context, and assessing economic issues (ncarb.org).

This group session with architect James Pirch, AIA will delve into the design process, covering client goals, zoning, building codes, implementing limits to the scope of work, integrating partners, and more.
