Event Cancellations and Refund Policy

For AIA Atlanta events requiring payment, registrants’ cancellation requests received:

  • 8 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund
  • 5-7 days prior to event will receive a 50% refund
  • Within 48 hours of event are not eligible for a refund
  • After the event has passed are not eligible for a refund

Cancellation requests can be submitted by phone at (404) 222-0099 or by email, and must be made by the registrant. Requests should be as detailed as possible, including the event name, date and attendee(s). Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. These policies apply to all paid AIA Atlanta events unless otherwise noted.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed due to various reasons. If a paid event is cancelled, please contact AIA Atlanta for information on receiving a refund, if applicable. If the event was moved or rescheduled, refunds must be specifically requested by the registrant by phone or email.

AIA Atlanta reserves the right to cancel an event registration for any reason.

Media Consent Policy

Registration for and/or participation in AIA Atlanta events constitutes an agreement by the registrant and/or attendee(s) to AIA Atlanta’s use and distribution of parties’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such meetings and activities.
