Wrecking Bar Brewpub & The Marianna Event Space
Designed by The project, completed in June 2011, included the renovation of the historic building exterior; site and landscape improvements; conversion of the granite-walled former basement into a 4,000 SF (133- seat) brewpub restaurant; reuse of the metal storage building as a microbrew facility; and the (ongoing) renovation of the main floor of the historic house into a 3,500 SF event facility.
